From start to finish, a typical secondary suite takes 8 to 10 weeks to complete. We handle all permits and inspections required by the City of Calgary, so your suite is fully legal and ready to rent from day one. Our subcontractors are vetted for insurance, licensing, and quality — and they're accountable for passing every inspection.

Payment follows our milestone structure: 10% deposit, 40% after rough-in, 40% at drywall and finishing, and the final 10% upon completion. This keeps the project moving while giving you financial control at every stage.
